Payment & Shipping
All product pricing and shipping rates are shown in $CAD.
PAYMENT: Check out using Paypal to complete your purchase. You will be directed to your Paypal login page to access your account securely.
SHIPPING: We only ship within Canada. Orders less than or equal to $125 within Canada will incur a flat rate shipping rate of $12.
I ship to the address entered at checkout so please make sure it is correct to avoid lost mail/non-delivery. If a customer has the wrong address on their invoice there will be no refund, until the product has been returned to me by the postal service.
I ship three (3) times a week (except for Sundays and Canadian holidays) through Canada Post with tracking. If a shipping day falls on a holiday I'll ship the next business day. If you want your purchase to arrive faster, please contact me. You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred from alternative shipping and I will send a revised invoice for the new shipping charges.
Busy holiday seasons can affect delivery times and this is out of my control.
RETURNS:
*I will need to be notified right away if you wish to return any product. Returns must be received within 30 days of the order date. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
*It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on all returns unless the product was damaged during postal delivery.
*I do not accept returns on custom orders.
*Undamaged and unworn items will be refunded once the item has been received.
*Refunds will be made via the same payment method.
*Earring components that pierce the ear are non-refundable for reasons of hygiene.
DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY: I do my best to package items with care. Despite this, an item may arrive damaged or broken. If this should happen, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of the package with a description and a photograph of the damaged item and packaging. Once this information has been received, a refund will be issued.

I know that it is difficult to tell exactly what an item is like when you cannot touch it before ordering. And, every computer monitor is different - colors will display differently. I try hard to make all of my photographs capture the color and details of everything I sell. And, I describe all of my items through my photography and through words.
